Get Verified!

Personal vaping products (electronic cigarette componants and e-liquid) require age verification. These products will be identified in your shopping cart as Level 2. If you are a new customer and/or your age has not been verified previously, your order will be shipped with instructions to Canada Post to require Proof of Age upon delivery. Please ensure that you have valid ID (ie. drivers licence) to present at the time of delivery or pick-up at your local Post Office or Canada Post will not deliver the parcel. Once your order is successfully delivered, your registration profile will be updated as Age Verified.

Products identified as Level 1 on this site do not require age verification. However, during checkout, you must self-certify that you are of legal age for your province.

Product Pricing

We buy our store products from a number of suppliers to obtain the best price possible while still ensuring excellent quality. Thus our list prices may change at any time and without notice to reflect increases or decreases in supplier pricing. We can not guarantee or honor older pricing, particularly due to the ever changing US/CA exchange rate, so please take advantage of current prices when ever possible.

Price matching. We will try to match any regular (non-sale) price offered by another retailer. Please note that this is not always possible due to the vast number of clones on the market, which can vary widely in quality and price, and counterfeit products passed off as authentic brand name products.



Volume Discounts

Volume Discounts are available for most products listed in our store, with the exception of products currently discounted for promotion or clearance and products whose manufacturer prohibits discounting. Volume Discounts, if available for a selected product, are clearly displayed and will apply to all options (for example, colors silver and black) added to your cart.

We reserve the right to restrict volume discounts to quantities currently in stock, particularly if an item is no longer readily available.



Coupons

Rather than issuing coupons, we offer the Rewards Point program, Volume Discounts, and weekly Sale/Promotions Flyers.



Payment

Interac E-Transfer

Note: We have set a store minimum order limit of $10.00 CAD.

Effective March 6, 2017, we are only able to offer Interac E-transfer as a payment method. My apologies for the inconvenience as we try to secure another credit card merchant account.

To send your payment via Interac E-transfer, follow these instructions carefully:

  • Login to your online bank account;
  • Select the option to "email money transfer" or "e-transfer" as found in the transfer/payment menu on the bank's site;
  • Enter your Invoice Number in the Comments section of your payment;
  • Use service@wheatlandvapor.ca as the payment recipient;
  • Create a Security Question as anything you like;
  • Make sure the Answer to the security question is: wheatland

As we stock only a small number of each product at any given time, we can only hold an order for up to 24 hours pending receipt of a payment. If for some reason, you need to delay payment for an order that you have placed, please let us know! Otherwise, after 24 hours, we will delete an outstanding invoice and return the items to inventory.

Shipping

We use Canada Post mail service to ship all store orders. On orders with a product value total of $100 CAD or more, we offer Free/Reduced (a shipping discount of up to 10% of the shopping cart total) Canada Post Expedited shipping! We ship orders within 24 hours of payment Monday to Friday, however, please note that winter weather may cause a one day delay.

  • Regular Parcel/Letter Mail: This shipping service does not provide a tracking number and can not be insured against loss or damage;
  • Expedited Parcel: This service is generally 2 - 4 days for central Canada and includes tracking number and insurance against loss or non-delivery; and
  • ExpressPost Parcel: This service is generally 1 - 3 days for central Canada and includes tracking number and insurance against loss or non-delivery.
  • Priority Parcel: This service is generally 1 - 2 days for central Canada and includes tracking number and insurance against loss or non-delivery.
  • Local Pick Up: Orders placed online may be picked up from our Melville, SK, location if you live in the local area.

If the actual shipping charge is materially (ie. > $1.00) less than the rate estimated by Canada Post during checkout, we will set up a credit via Reward Points for this difference.

Canada Post charges for return shipping on parcels with incorrect address information, return to sender packages, or any package that is returned to us. Unfortunately, this means that we will have to charge our customers the return shipping charge if a package is returned due to customer error in the information that s/he has provided.

The service period begins the day after the point of mailing and can not be guaranteed. If you have a time constraint, please contact us!

We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.


Reward Points Program

Earn 0 points for every dollar you spend on our products! Once you have accummulated a minimum of 100 approved points, they can be redeemed against new product orders! Each point is worth a credit of 1 Canadian cent, which means that 100 points is worth $1.00 CAD.

Points earned on product purchases are recording upon check out and approved for future use after payment has been received. Accumulated approved points (less product refunds) can be redeemed against future product orders during check out. Points can be redeemed for merchandise only; the points can not be redeemed for cash. The Reward Points Program does not include taxes and shipping charges.

You can view your Points in your Profile after signing in. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your Points!


Refunds/Returns

Due to the disposable nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept product returns. If you believe you have a faulty product, please see Warranty section below.

If a parcel is returned by Canada Post or Purolator for reasons of refusal or non-delivery or address errors, the original shipping charges and return shipping charges will be deducted from the original payment before a refund is issued.


Warranty

We want you to be pleased with your purchase! All products are either visually inspected (ie. atomizers and accessories) or tested (ie. batteries) prior to shipping. On the chance that a performance issue exists, most of our products are covered by a 90 day warranty. This warranty period begins upon pick up in store or delivery of the products by Canada Post. Please contact us prior to returning any product.

We require a picture or video that clearly demonstrates the nature of the fault and will provide detailed instructions specific to your item.

Exceptions to this 90 day warranty include:

  • Atomizer Coils. Atomizer coils are considered disposible. We offer a guarantee against DOA (Dead on arrival) warranty. Please check your atomizers and/or coils and if there are any issues contact us witin 48 hours of delivery for return/repair. Note: we are not responsible if an atomizer or coil damages any connected hardware or adjacent property.
  • E-Liquid. We offer no warranty on e-liquid and all sales of this product are final. We do, however, guarantee at least 3 months duration before expiry date with the exception of clearance e-liquids.
  • Clearance items, unless otherwise specified, have a DOA warranty only.

Wholesale

I am not able to offer true wholesale prices as I am not a distributor, however, I can offer a flat 20% discount to fellow retailers who need to acquire certain products from time to time. Any orders placed would also still qualify for the Reward Points Program. If you are interested, please register on the site and contact me so that your account can be updated with the discount. Please note that e-liquids are excluded and the Free Shipping option does not apply.
